Flowers
Flowers are a very personal expression of love and respect for the person that has died, whatever your relationship to them. In this sense, it is nice to visit and speak directly to a local florist who will advise you on seasonal availability and colour matching – and you may get to see the actual blooms on offer.
To avoid disappointment when placing an order, do allow plenty of time for the florist to order in any special flowers from their wholesaler
We can place the order on your behalf from a reputable florist, but it may feel more personal to discuss your requirements directly
If the family have requested “No flowers” at the funeral; as a gesture, why not send or take flowers for the family member closest to your circle. This should be welcomed; which affords you an opportunity to offer personal support
Many families prefer that only their own floral tribute is present at the funeral and that donations for a specific charity should be made; if they have expressed this wish, it is kinder and more preferable that you observe their request

Trev Hill4 October 2022C.J. Williams carried out the funerals for both of my parents. Excellent, professional and sensitive attitude from this firm. The initial discussion was very effective in relieving much of the stress connected with such affairs. The gentleman asked about requirements but was also able to gently make suggestions to allow us to understand the range options available. The drivers of the hearse and limos were also exceedingly professional, even down to opening the doors, explaining the procedures etc. I have no hesitation in recommending C. J. Williams.
Darren Bishton6 March 2022I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Adam and his team for their kindness, professionalism and dedication regarding the death of my father. He passed away four weeks ago, early on a Sunday morning. At this sad and difficult time we contacted C.J Williams who spoke to us about the arrangements required at that time. When Adam and his colleague arrived they dealt with the situation with kindness and compassion. When they removed my father we went into the room after they had left and noted that they had made the bed where he had lay. We were so pleased to see this, as it gave us real confidence that even after his death he would be treated with respect and dignity. During the next few weeks we had regular contact with Adam and we felt confident that all of the details relating to the funeral would be dealt with. We were guided through this difficult process by all of the staff at C.J Williams. On the day of the funeral we were again grateful for all of the support offered and myself and all of the family felt that the professionalism of the staff helped with us all deal with our grieve. This has obviously been a difficult time for the whole family but we felt that my father had a dignified and respectful send off and we are grateful for this. Many thanks for you service

I could not have done any of this for my brother or my dad without your help & support over the last year.
